What a night it was, with the LA Lakers defeating The Orlando Magic by a final score of 99-86 in Game 5 of the 2009 NBA Finals.
Congratulations to 2009 NBA Finals MVP Kobe Bryant, Pau Gasol, Derek Fisher, Phil “Head and Shoulders” Jackson, Lamar Odom, Andrew Bynum and all the superfantatic Lakers coaches, from Kurt Rambis to Brian Scott. You did it baby! Time for LA to party it up!

With the internet buzzing with reports of Jason Kidd’s trade to the Dallas Mavericks, I decided to find out for myself if it was indeed true.
