Well this day didn’t exactly turn out how I would have liked. We were off to meet one of the greatest rock showmen in history – Mr. Gene Simmons of KISS fame. But there was just something that Mr. Simmons didn’t like. Could it be the camera? Surprising considering the vast array of reality programming that Mr. Simmons lends his talents too. What a joke… you had a video camera… if you had just been by yourself he might have been more obliging, and as said above, perhaps it was around the time of the face lift reveal… He wasn’t rude to you, he just didn’t want his picture taken. He could have told you to f#@k off but he didn’t, he just asked not to be photographed, I am sure there was a reason!! Get over it and move on.
LOL, maybe if you busted out those dance moves like in the intro, Gene would’ve paid more attention.
I think I liked the intro better than seeing Simmons, at least the intro had nice shoes, dancin, and spooked subway folk. That Queen n King rant was pretty good too.

In fact, you can hear Rich trying to coax him (…”just trying to be nice”…” Secondly, you ambushed him in a mall with the camera rolling and got in his face. You compare the experience to your meeting with Halford (All Hail the Metal God!!) who you met at an event where he was already signing autographs AND the camera was several feet away. No surprise you got a better reaction. (Not a nice comment about his orientation by the way!)
